HFWPC is very pleased to announce that Greg Smith will be joining the firm on August 1, 2010, as a shareholder. He will manage our new “Health Care Practice Group” and he will be a member of our “Business Practice Group”. Greg has many years of experience, representing a wide range of clients, including many “for profit” companies, non-profit associations, physicians, physical therapists, home health agencies and other health care providers, in a variety of simple and complex business transactions.
