Our Mission —

To serve as trusted family advisors in estate planning, business succession planning and charitable planning, for generation after generation.

Our firm is small, and we emphasize estate planning, business succession planning, charitable planning, and probate and estate-related litigation. We offer our knowledge, many years of experience, personal service and convenience to our clients and their families. We spend the time necessary to understand them, and then design unique solutions to meet their needs and carry out their objectives, often for generations.

We know that no plan is permanent since families change over time, and we stay in touch with our clients so that their plans are kept up to date as circumstances change. For our clients’ convenience we maintain three offices—our main office in the Denver Technological Center, and satellite offices in Highlands Ranch and Boulder.
