E. Montgomery received her
Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Washburn University School of law in
1980. In law school she was a member of Phi Delta Phi, Order of Barristers, Moot
Court and the Washburn Law Journal. After graduation she was admitted to
practice in the State of Kansas and the U. S. District Court for the District of
Kansas. She was an assistant county attorney for Lyon County, Kansas,
prosecuting criminal cases. In 1982 Ms. Montgomery was admitted to the
Colorado Bar and joined Hamilton Faatz and Waller, PC. Mrs. Montgomery is
