Kenneth W. Caughey was born in Boulder, Colorado in 1925 and admitted to Colorado bar 1956. He was educated at The University of Arizona; University of Colorado at Boulder (LL.B., 1955) and is a Phi Delta Phi member. From 1969-1983 Mr. Caughey was a Senior Vice President in Charge of Trust Department of the Colorado National Bank of Denver.  Mr. Caughey also served as a Colorado Bar Foundation Trustee from 1960-1984 and Chairman, 1981-1984. He was an Officer U.S. Marine Corps, Active duty 1943-1947, served on the Executive Committee of American Bankers Association, Trust Division from 1975-1978, Chairman Interprofessional Committee, Denver and Colorado Bar, 1965-1967, and is a member of the Denver, Colorado and American Bar Associations.  Mr. Caughey practices is the areas of Trusts and Estates and Banking.  Mr. Caughey is retired and is "of counsel" to the firm.
